Our product portfolio is extensive, so it is usually not easy to make the right product selection.
 
Therefore, we have decided not to offer automatic process handling in our store.
 
Your order will therefore be checked by us and processed manually.
In case of any ambiguity we will contact you to discuss content details or we will find a suitable solution for you.
 
Subsequently, you will receive a corresponding order confirmation with expected delivery date and shipping costs in a timely manner.

General information

Our delivery times apply exclusively to products that are available from stock. We do not charge a surcharge for small quantities, but at least the DPD standard flat rate of CHF 15.00 is always charged for very small shipments. Customers with special conditions receive their adjusted shipping costs shown in the ordering process.
We mainly supply corporate customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Payment information

Payment methods of audiowerk GmbH

  • We only deliver to new customers against prepayment.
  • Existing customers have a fixed payment method.
  • Private customers, corporate customers and public institutions are supplied after a credit check against invoice.
  • Payment on account are usually due after 10 days.

Prepayment

You make your payment via online banking, at your bank or at the post office. You will receive the payment information with the order confirmation or prepayment invoice. As soon as we have received the payment, the shipment is triggered or you can pick up the goods.

Reel to Reel

"Reel to Reel": LED strips with this symbol will be upgraded to the new reel-to-reel design in the course of the year. The strip is not soldered together from 50 cm pieces, but manufactured as a continuous strip. This increases the durability of the Flex Strip.

DIALux RELUX PARTNER

MBN-PROLED is DIALux Premium Partner and Relux member. Both DIALux and Relux are modern lighting design software for the calculation and visualization of indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
 
Through the PROLED partnership with DIALux and Relux we enable lighting designers and architects to plan PROLED luminaires directly into projects without any effort.

DIALux Plug-in

The PROLED DIALux Plug-in is a free and stand-alone program. It contains all PROLED luminaires and a FLEX STRIP PROFILE configurator.
 
You can transfer the selected luminaires or the configured luminaires directly from the program to DIALux or export them to other file formats (EULUMDAT, IES, ...).

DIALux Offline Plug-in

On the DIAL website (www.dial.de) you can download the program.
